WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Completion of reconciliation, accounting and reporting activitiesParticipation in quarterly and annual Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A);Involvement in monthly close;Preparation of manual journal entries;Daily review of trial balance for unusual activity;Completion of monthly reconciliations;Ensure compliance with Fairstone processes and internal policies; document procedures and processesInvolvement in operational and financial reporting audits and controls;Contributing in activities related to process improvement and automation;Partaking in other ad hoc projects as required.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR University degree in Finance or AccountingCPA certification would be considered an assetAt least 6 months relevant experience in accountingExperience working at a large financial institution and a multinational corporation.Accounting and finance knowledge, Ability to work independently meet multiple deadlines WE ARE PROUD TO BE RECOGNIZED AS Great Place to Work® Canada for 2025 andMontreal's Top Employers 2025 by Canada’s Top 100 EmployersLearn more:
