This position is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in finance and reporting within a collaborative and people-focused environment.### **Key Responsibilities*** Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and fund publications (mutual and segregated funds).* Validate the accuracy of key financial documents (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, equity).* Identify and analyze financial variances to mitigate risks.* Ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with IFRS standards and industry requirements.* Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial and regulatory reporting.* Collaborate on data governance to ensure accuracy and integrity.* Assess institutional client needs and optimize reporting processes and tools.* Develop models and visualization solutions (Power BI, Workiva) tailored to client requirements.### **Profile*** Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, report production, or accounting within financial services.* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.* CPA designation (an asset).* Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Workiva).* Familiarity with databases and data management systems (an asset).* Advanced level of English, both spoken and written, due to daily tasks performed in this language.
