Our valued client is looking for a Jr. Project Administrator

To help coordinate project intake, planning, and progress reporting across IT projects

12 month contract, Hybrid with >50% on-site

Responsibilities include:
  1. Support the Senior IT Manager and PMO lead to ensure that all PM gated activities are followed
  2. Support reporting across a portfolio of projects
  3. Support projects and general administrative duties
  4. Act as a point of contact for the stakeholder as required

Must have:

  • Prior experience in supporting small to medium scale projects within an IT project environment

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of PMO, ITIL, or COBIT practices
