Supporting our Commercial Market and reporting to our Regional Sales Manager,the Territory Manager will maintain customer relationships as well as grow our commercial fuel and lubricant business. The Territory Manager will be responsible for:Prospecting and generating sales of our fuel and lubricant products for our commercial customers.Establishing and meeting growth targets.Contributing to the development of sales strategies and implementing approaches to achieving targets in a business-to-business sales environment.Preparing all sales and activity reports in a timely fashion.Maintaining existing and developing new relationships with customers and industry associations.Responding to inquiries from customers about our products to create ease of doing business with McDougall Energy.ABOUT YOU:A successful track record of growing sales and managing a Sales territoryPost-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field; Experience in the propane and/or petroleum industry, residential, farming or trucking sales would be considered an assetLocal knowledge of the Owen Sound region is an assetStrong sense of motivation to succeed in a competitive marketCustomer service orientation with excellent presentation and communication skillsStrong planning, problem-solving and negotiationWHAT WE OFFER:We provide career growth and development through on-the-job training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.McDougall Energy is committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process and workplace.
