OverviewOur Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Officer II for their Edmonton, AB/Hybrid location.ResponsibilitiesInteract with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely mannerActively review internal processes/activities and provide ideas for process improvementThis role is a part of Small Business mortgages and loans. Responsible for the post-funding renewal loan letters, payout statements, discharges, real estate, titles etc. Providing a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function. May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.Execute requests/transactions with accuracy being key. Interact with partners by responding to requests and validating the information as needed to perform adjustments within authority levels.
