About the Role Mint Health + Drugs is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll mentor and lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Paid vacation + Paid Sick Days Great Team and Growth Opportunity Free On-Site Parking Store Discounts Health, Dental, RRSP Matching, Long Term Disability, AD&D, Life Insurance Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and dispensemedications as per prescriptions Document and maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Collaborate with pharmacists and otherhealthcare professionals Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications Manage third-party insurance billing inquiries internally and externally Education & Qualifications Successfully completed PEBC Qualifying Exam Current CPR Certification valid in BC Licenced Pharmacy Technician is a good standing in British Columbia Experience & Skills Experience in a retail pharmacy setting ispreferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment Proficiency in managing pharmacy inventory Knowledge of all applicable legislation and regulatory compliance standards in British Columbia Past experience with Kroll is an asset We are excited to grow our team and look forward to welcoming dedicated professionals who share our vision and commitment to excellence.
