The Accounting Specialist will be working alongside the Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager and supporting with the below responsibilities: Perform key reconciliations for G/L Accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS Perform various month end activities to ensure deadlines are met on time and with accuracy Develop and execute detailed test cases relating to GFBB data migration and implementation Integration testing to ensure financial modules integrate with SAP modules and functionalities Ad-Hoc requests relating to GFBB project Oversee key direct costs and provision accounts Oversee posting Interface files into SAP financial system and mapping for future GFBB system Prepare key financial documentation for both Internal and external audits Assist with preparation of year end consolidated financial statements Assist with preparation of government surveys and questionnaires Work with ICs and Compliance team to ensure violations and process maps are kept up to date and to highest standards Qualification University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance preferred). 2-4 years experience within a Finance/Accounting Department Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation The compensation range for this role is $52,500 - $73,100, with variations based on factors like experience, education and skills.
