With a dedicated team and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they are focused on effective cash management and operational excellence.Position Overview:We are seeking a Temporary Accounting Consultant to support our client's finance team during a period of transition. This role is essential for ensuring smooth financial operations within the company.What You'll Do:Process invoices and manage the accounting inbox.Set up weekly payments for wholesale accounts.Monitor bank accounts to confirm payments have been received and recorded.Manage high-volume credit card expenses.Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.What You'll Bring:5 years of bookkeeping experience, particularly in accounts payable and receivable.Familiarity with retail and wholesale accounting is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in accounting software (experience with NetSuite is a bonus).This is a mostly remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule.
