As a part of our growth-stage startup, you’ll work alongside the founders, shaping the vision, products, and experiences that will define the future of industrial tech.What You7ll DoAs an Account Development Representative (ADR) at Tractian, your focus will be on generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth through proactive prospecting and market engagement. You will identify and engage potential customers, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and help set the foundation for successful sales conversations. Working closely with Account Executives, you will contribute directly to revenue goals by consistently delivering high-quality meetings and opportunities while building strong product and market knowledge within the industrial manufacturing space.ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound activities to support pipeline and revenue targetsConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels in compliance with applicable regulations, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)Engage and qualify prospective customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit with Tractian’s solutionsUtilize HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage leads, and track progress against individual goalsCollaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support successful deal progressionResearch target accounts, industries, and market trends to inform outreach strategies and improve engagement qualityParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to identify and surface new business opportunitiesProvide consistent reporting on outreach activity, pipeline contribution, and performance against goalsRequirements1–3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, sales development, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline-generation targetsStrong interest in developing a career in sales, with a clear path toward an Account Executive role based on performanceProficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools for lead management, activity tracking, and reportingStrong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage prospects in thoughtful, value-driven conversationsExperience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar platformsAbility to quickly understand complex concepts and articulate business value to multiple stakeholder typesCompensationCompetitive salaryComprehensive extended health, dental, and vision coveragePaid vacation: 15 days annually, plus statutory holidaysEmployer-sponsored Group RRSP through WealthsimpleWellhub Membership – Access to gyms, fitness studios, and wellness programsSports Incentive – Monthly bonus for regular participation in physical activitiesLong-Term Benefit – After four years of service, enjoy a fully funded trip anywhere in the world. #J-18808-Ljbffr
