We seek innovative, customer-focused people to build satisfying careers. Job Overview The Sales Supervisor is responsible for merchandising, customer service, and general store operations. Each supervisor has a primary area of responsibility—merchandising, customer service, or administrative functions—while also providing relief for one another. As first‑line management, supervisors direct employees toward achieving company objectives and ensure financially responsible daily operations. This is a customer‑service position that requires significant customer contact. You must work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while providing quality, courteous, and helpful service. Responsibilities Direct employees toward achieving company objectives. Manage merchandising, customer service, and general store operations. Provide relief and support to other supervisors when needed. Ensure daily operations are financial and operationally responsible. Qualifications Initiative to develop supervisory skills through experience and training. Proven merchandising and customer service skills with a high degree of productivity. Basic leadership and conflict resolution skills. Minimum one year of management retail experience preferred. Additional Requirements A positive, mature, outgoing leadership style. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of company policies and procedures. Work Hours Sales Supervisors will be scheduled 40 hours per week and must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, for day and evening shifts. From time to time, the position may require transferring between stores or working at other locations based on organizational needs. Mode of transportation is the responsibility of the employee.
