Someone that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment 1-2 years of proven success in a sales environment Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent communication skills The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset. Our Sales/Leasing team manages the full lead/leasing cycle, including greeting and qualifying customers on the phone, email and in-person, managing guest cards, showing suites, applying product knowledge, to final approved application. Compensation This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training. Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package. This role includes commissions as part of the compensation package.
