Our Sales/Leasing team manages the full lead/leasing cycle, including greeting and qualifying customers on the phone, email and in-person, managing guest cards, showing suites, applying product knowledge, to final approved application. Compensation This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training. Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package. This role includes commissions as part of the compensation package. Other offerings also include quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health and dental benefits, employee recognition program, continuous development opportunities, and a variety of paid time off plans (e.g. vacation, wellness, and volunteering days).
