They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly.While they are already experts in their own field, Northbridge is committed to their ongoing growth and development. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.**We want your talent****If you are great at:*** Commercial underwriting* Problem-solving and critical thinking* Building relationships with brokers* Creating success in a fast paced and dynamic environment* Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship**If you have:*** Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance* Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation (an asset)* Strong customer service background* Team-first mentality* Small Business experience is a plus**We really mean it when we say we put you first.
