Our Community Support Services (CSS) team provides essential services that enable our clients to thrive. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible. The Opportunity We are currently looking to fill four new opportunities for Part-Time Community Support Workers in our Edmonton, AB region. Schedule: multiple positions available for weekends Salary: $19.15 per hour Hours: 8 - 16 hours per week Responsibilities Reporting responsibilities (incident reports, behavioural data collection and verbal reports) Participate in any required training Follow policies and procedures as required Provide one-to-one support and group support within the home and community to adults with an Acquired Brain Injury with activities of daily living, personal care, and rehabilitation planning. Communicate with consumer, family, and team members. Work a variety of shifts based on a rotational schedule (combination of days, evenings and weekends) Perform duties in a professional manner, which respects the dignity and right to privacy and maintains consumer and staff health and safety. Qualifications and experience Post-Secondary preferred in Human and Social Services Minimum of three years experience in Human Services field and/or working with people with ABI. Current CARE and CPR, First Aid an asset Proven consistency in work performance, including reliability and flexibility Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Sound behavioural management skills, cognitive problem-solving skills. Proven teamwork abilities Working knowledge of ABI and rehabilitation Ability to effectively deal with behavioural situations Ability to speak, read, and write English Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation How to apply Please submit your resume by February 7, 2026.
