Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrator Our client located in the West end of Toronto is hiring an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrator for a 3‑4 month contract, with a possibility for permanent conversion. The role requires an immediate start and attendance in the office five days a week. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day support for both AR and AP functions. Set up new vendors and manage expenses, including company credit cards, for the Accounts Payable side. Perform cash applications and support other AR areas. Qualifications 2+ years of hands‑on experience in AR and AP. Experience with Concur and SAP is a plus. Prior experience working with a CPG or pharmaceutical company. Must be available to work onsite five days a week.
