Exclusive Networks NA provided pay range This range is provided by Exclusive Networks NA. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr About the role The Account Manager is responsible for both driving sales and fostering relationships with a defined group of small to medium size partners in a defined territory. This individual is tasked with ensuring the achievement of sales targets through direct selling efforts with those partners. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for these partners, aligning Exclusive Networks products and services solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand and services. This role will report to the Senior Director, Business Development and Sales for Canada. Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively selling the company’s products or services directly to a predefined list of small to medium size partners. Understand those partners' business needs and how our offerings can meet those needs to maximize sales opportunities. Partner Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact and advocate for your partners within our organization. Understand the partners' future needs to ensure a seamless experience with our company. Account Development: Look for creative ways to communicate to a large number of partners, share information, and upsell to the account base. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, vendor sales and sales operation and finance to ensure that partner needs are met and that they are kept informed of new products or services that could benefit their business. Market and Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the company's competitors. This includes staying updated on industry trends and how they affect partners. Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams. Gather feedback on product/service satisfaction, potential improvements, or the need for new products. Relay this feedback to relevant internal stakeholders to help shape future offerings. Metrics: This role will be compensated based on quota achievement against margin targets. The average products sold per partner will be tracked as a key indicator of success. Qualifications and Experience The ideal Account Manager: Proven experience in sales or account management, with an emphasis the development of relationship with existing partners. Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong analytical skills with a focus on market trends and partner needs. Located in Ottawa or Toronto area Bilingual competence (French) A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
