We are currently recruiting for the position of Member Service Representative 3B. Position Overview As a Member Service Representative 3B, you will provide an exceptional member experience to business and retail members and contribute to the success of the branch through the achievement of established retail sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques. You will process account transactions and delivery of credit union deposit and investment products including registered products and services to support members in meeting their financial needs. Also, you will process overdrafts within established policy and authorized limits. Plus, handle initial estate-related inquiries and documentation. You will actively participate in branch product, service campaigns and focus on the attraction, servicing and retention of members through the application of sales and service techniques designed to discover and deliver credit union products and services which help members achieve and maintain their financial health. You will also welcome new business, retail members and initiate the member onboarding process plus model a consistently high level of member-focused, personalized quality service and provide support and assistance to other team members. (This position is a bargaining unit position) Schedule Description Permanent Full -Time – 36 Hours per week with the following schedule: Tuesday - Thursday: 8:15am-4:45pm Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm Saturday: 8:45am-2:45pm Wage scale: starts from $27.92/hr. - $33.85/hr. Education and Experience Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately two years related sales and service experience with a Financial Institution in a Member Service Representative role or equivalent?
