Industrial Mechanic/Millwright – Windsor, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland‑Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to support production in our Windsor, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility. The Millwright/Machanic is expected to have prior experience in a stamping environment and be self‑motivated, thriving in a fast‑paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities Provide maintenance support to all areas of production, ensuring machines and facilities operate safely and efficiently. Diagnose routine and non‑routine equipment failures, employing strong troubleshooting abilities. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Abide by all company policies, including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook. Minimum Qualifications Experience with stamping equipment, such as feed line systems, is an asset. 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery. Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, midnights). Preferred Qualifications Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A).
