Overtime availableTelemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributionsEmployee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)Annual flexible reimbursement programTool allowanceDevelop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Windsor, as the Millwright / Mechanic :Install, examine, replace or repair machines in a timely manner.Perform preventative maintenance to equipment as required, including minor electrical repairs and welding.Pick up parts as necessary, using the maintenance van (personal vehicle is an asset. If used mileage will be paid).Adhere to maintenance schedule. Make recommendations for optimizing schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals. Report any unusual scheduling issues to supervisor.Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.Use proper lockout/tag out procedures when required, never allowing a machine to be operated without proper guarding or when the possibility of injury is evident.There's nobody quite like you Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:Must have Red seal industrial millwright/mechanic 433A certification2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience, ideally in the paper industryElectrical experience an assetExperience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAble to work independently as neededMust have own toolsWe look forward to meeting you Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
