Relationship Manager, Commercial Accounts, Commercial Financial Services – EN Join RBC as a Relationship Manager, Commercial Accounts, and open the door to an exciting career in Commercial Banking. You will provide business and financial advice and manage a portfolio of commercial clients, supporting them as they manage and grow their enterprises. You will deliver top-tier financial advice while balancing risk policy to provide solutions tailored to individual client needs, identifying opportunities to grow clients and partnering with other RBC advisors and specialists to create a valued client experience. What will you do? Grow and deepen client relationships through delivery of value‑added, tailored financial advice to meet their needs. Proactively contact clients, gather insights through client discovery, understand their needs and changing circumstances, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with all of RBC. Plan and prioritize client and market activities, find opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners to fulfill clients’ business and personal financial needs and win as One RBC. Manage risk and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures and develop appropriate action plans in response to concerns or risks. Champion digital enablement and advocate for RBC mobile and online applications, enabling clients to engage through their channel of choice. Visit clients on-site to gain a thorough understanding of their business objectives and operations. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Experience in exceptional client relationship management and client service. Ability to complete needs‑based discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with advice for their day‑to‑day banking operations. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience with emerging communications and technology (e.g., web‑based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications). Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve clients with English and French‑speaking needs. Nice-to-have Credit skills and knowledge, including an understanding of risk assessments, financial analysis, credit structuring, and presentation of banking solutions. Familiarity with commercial banking systems. Knowledge of a broad array of business and personal financial products and services. University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience. What’s in it for you?
