**The Role**

The
**Production Supervisor** is responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day plant production operations at all processing stages for JVF. You will be a key member of our Production department, working to ensure staff and production meets and exceeds efficiency in compliance with company safety and quality standards in accordance with our company and plant policies.

**Your Impact**
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Identify, investigate, correct, and document potential environmental and safety problems. Safety is very important to us
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare production and other reports and develop and manage operating budget for area of responsibility.
- Assist with budget preparation, participate in expenditure budgeting, and manage the budget for staff.
- Coordinate with the cleaning and maintenance departments to ensure production areas are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure all company/plant policies and regulatory guidelines are followed (GMP, OSHA, Quality and Safety Standards).

**Shift and Location**

Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

This role will be onsite and will be based out of our facility at 555 Steeprock Drive, North York

**About You**
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in coaching, process improvement, quality management, safety management, tracking production metrics.
- Genuine passion for continuous learning and development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- College or university degree in Production Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
