Reconnu pour leur qualité et fiabilité, leurs produits sont utilisés par de nombreuses organisations de différentes industries et agences municipales et gouvernementales, au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Vos missions

  • Construction de la vision et de la feuille de route des produits d’identités numériques sous votre responsabilité
  • Analyse de l’industrie, des standards et la veille concurrentielle reliés aux solutions d’identités numériques
  • Participation à certaines conférences liées à l’identité numérique
  • Entretien des relations avec les joueurs et décideurs clés de l’industrie
  • Maîtrise sommaire des technologies sous-jacentes aux divers types d’identités numériques
  • Détermination de nouvelles opportunités de développement de produits
  • Planification des livrables, priorisation des exigences et coordination des différentes phases avec les différentes parties prenantes
  • Participation aux validations et démonstrations des livraisons
  • Définition et documentation des processus inhérents aux produits et aux règles d’affaires associées
  • Personne ressource pour les parties prenantes concernées par le produit (Ventes, Marketing, Développement, Service à la clientèle, etc.)
  • Création de la stratégie de déploiement et de mise en marché de nouvelles initiatives
  • Travail avec les fournisseurs et partenaires externes
  • Soutien aux ventes dans les démonstrations de produits et de fonctionnalités auprès de clients et de partenaires
  • Réponse aux questions variées d’équipes internes et de clients et à des demandes d’informations (RFI, RFP) en appui aux équipes de Ventes et Développement des Affaires.

Votre profil

  • +10 ans d’expérience dans le milieu des technologies, dont +3 ans d’expérience comme Gestionnaire de produit
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Aptitude à gérer des priorités multiples
  • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais, autant écrit qu’à l’oral
  • Capacité étroite à travailler avec les équipes de développement, d’assurance qualité et le support à la clientèle
  • Connaissance de la méthodologie Agile
  • Facilité avec la compréhension technique, l’installation de logiciels, les API, l’exécution de tests et la validation de fonctionnalités

  • Une connaissance de eIDAS, du PCTF (Pan Canadian Trust Framework), des Attestations Vérifiables (Verifiable Credential) et/ou de la vérification d’identité
