Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading real estate development company. As a key member of our construction division, you will oversee all aspects of building projects, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our extensive portfolio of residential properties and drive corporate growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, milestones, and critical path.
  • Coordinate with consultants, trades, public officials, and internal team members throughout all project phases.
  • Manage construction process, including resource allocation and risk assessment.
  • Lead design and coordination meetings.
  • Monitor project finances, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate development and permit applications.
  • Conduct project reviews and generate necessary reporting.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Hi Rise/Multi Residential construction.
  • Bachelors degree in planning, engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
  • Experience managing high-rise/multi-family residential construction projects.
  • Development experience essential.
  • Ability to analyze drawings and manage budgets effectively.
  • Resilience and ability to work well under pressure.
