About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our R&D Team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in leading critical projects from start to finish, developing detailed plans, and ensuring timely delivery. You will be working closely with customers and our R&D team to communicate project status updates, and be the customer’s main point of contact for all technical and project related questions.

As a key contributor to our team you will be responsible for:
  • Build and maintain a complete project plan by partnering with teams, key stakeholders, and customers
  • Ensure projects are broken down and estimated to establish reliable delivery dates
  • Act as the main customer’s technical point of contact
  • Provide regular status reporting on progress
  • Develop and maintain project KPIs that track project quality, delivery and predictability
  • Be responsible for managing the risks of projects and associated actions
A successful candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a technical project manager of delivering complex projects in a Product & Technology organization
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • A deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels and teams
  • Ability to work independently on projects with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision
