You will deliver superior eye care, ensuring outstanding customer service and high-quality eyewear for our valued clients.Location: Willowdale, OntarioRequisition ID: 908102Store #: 000906 LensCraftersPosition: Full-TimeSeniority Level: Entry LevelMajor Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcome all customers and set expectations.Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.Act as a leader in optical acumen.Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.Use technology accurately and efficiently amidst time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and tool use.Proactively explore the root cause of issues and remain forward‑thinking, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.Maintain store appearance, keeping it clean, attractive, and organized.Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.Be resourceful and self‑motivated, with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.Basic QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalent.State licensure.Optical dispensing experience.Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.Knowledge of current store merchandise.Strong basic math skills.Awareness of current fashion trends.Proficiency in selling and use of an iPad/tablet.Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators.Embrace new technology and change.Preferred QualificationsPrevious customer service and retail experience.BenefitsCompetitive base salary with a bonus and/or commission plan.
