This is an entrepreneurial role with high earning potential.What You Will DoChampion adoption of Xeo’s AI-powered marketing automation tools among early-stage AI startups. You’ll help founders and growth leaders discover solutions that give them visibility, content scale, and investor-ready positioning. Tools include:ResponsibilitiesProspect AI startups across Canada, the U.S., and globally.Drive adoption of Xeo’s AI-powered marketing automation tools, including:AI Visibility & Readiness ToolAI Content EngineAI Startup HubAI Marketing Automation PlatformQualify leads, book discovery calls, and create pipeline for leadership.Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and ecosystem outreach.Track activity and report progress in CRM.Work closely with founders and startup leaders to understand needs and connect them with solutions.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of sales, BD, or community/outreach experience (startup world a plus).Passion for AI, SaaS, or startup ecosystems.Comfortable reaching out cold and building trust quickly.Curious, quick learner, able to explain new ideas simply.Entrepreneurial, resilient, and adaptable.Why This Role Is CoolYou’ll be the frontline voice introducing founders to game-changing AI tools.Hands-on experience in the AI + startup ecosystem.Commission upside with recurring revenue potential.Remote-first, startup-style culture with real career growth.This isn’t just pipeline building.
