Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective based system / feature training and education support for customer accounts over an extended period while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities and benefits. Execute training through rigorous implementation of skill checklists and assessments and drive thorough recording of outcomes. Communicate results to broad constituency. Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing training needs. Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues and specialty training requests. Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives. Required Qualifications Must have active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications. Current clinical/ technical experience in hospital/clinic setting with demonstrated proficiency in the radiography modality. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively (including overnights & some weekends) within your specified geographic region and nationally, and into the US for internal training. Ability to communicate effectively using local language (English), Bilingual French an asset. Previous Clinical Applications or instructing experience an asset. Expérience clinique/technique actuelle en milieu hospitalier/clinique avec une compétence démontrée dans la procédure de radiographie. Solides aptitudes en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, et capacité à travailler de façon autonome. Volonté de voyager beaucoup (y compris la nuit et certaines fins de semaine) dans la région géographique spécifiée et au niveau national, ainsi qu’aux États-Unis pour la formation interne. Capacité à communiquer efficacement dans la langue locale (anglais), bilinguisme avec le français étant un atout. Une expérience antérieure dans le domaine des applications cliniques ou de l’enseignement est un atout.
