**Job Description Summary**: The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) will deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing education and training support within a specific modality or product portfolio to clinical end-users. The clinical specialist will facilitate evidence-based practice and support customer experience and commercial teams. The CAS support pre-sale activities through to post implementation engagements by providing effective, outcome-based demonstrations, education, and training solutions. This is national role CANADA.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate new product features and advancements in critical care patient monitoring techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (ARC) and ongoing training needs.
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training, monitor and report on training outcomes. Training will be conducted onsite at customer facility and or by facilitating remote virtual engagements.
- Work in close collaboration with Product Team, identify customer satisfaction opportunities, issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives. Participate in install base upgrade programs, proactive strategic customer touchpoints.
- Drive sales process by conducting clinical product demonstrations and evaluations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Associate degree or equivalent and 5+ years of Critical Care Nursing technical/clinical industry experience plus registered with active professional registries necessary (CNA, or Provincial body)
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with Critical Care Clinical experience as a qualification.
- Bilingual, demonstrated speaking and writing skills in both French and English.
- Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.
- Willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, & train, etc.).

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) and willingness adopt new technologies such as virtual facilitator skills.
- Demonstrated experience working on GE HealthCare Monitoring Systems
