Network Manager (Hybrid-Toronto): A major financial services company in Canada is seeking an experienced network manager to help facilitate the ongoing growth of its network department Seeking a Manager who is still very technical and hands‑on, but with great leadership abilities Up to $140,000 base Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the network team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight. Take a hands‑on role in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. Oversee the maintenance and optimization of enterprise network systems, including Cisco, Meraki, Next Gen Firewalls, and modern networking solutions like SD‑WAN and Cloud Networking. Manage and support Azure‑based networking components and integrations. Ensure timely delivery of network projects, coordinating resources and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Act as the highest level of escalation for complex network issues, driving resolution and root cause analysis. Define and enforce network policies, standards, and security best practices across the organization. Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network management or leadership role. Strong hands‑on technical expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Next Gen firewalls and Cloud networking Strong network operations experience, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues Proven track record of successful network project delivery and stakeholder communication.
