Google Ad Account Manager – Volunteer Well Volunteer Well is a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to fostering inclusive, compassionate communities by connecting volunteers with those in need. We are hiring an energetic, results‑driven Google Ad Account Manager to manage our Google Ad Grants program (USD $10,000/month) and amplify our digital presence. Role Overview As a strategic leader, you will plan, execute, and optimize data‑driven advertising campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube to support fund‑raising, volunteer recruitment, and awareness of the Generosity Hub. Increase brand visibility & engagement Promote our core platform – the Generosity Hub Support fundraising & volunteer recruitment efforts Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop Google Ads strategies aligned with outreach, fundraising, and engagement objectives; conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis. Campaign Management: Create and manage campaigns on Google Search, Display, and YouTube; write compelling, mission‑aligned ad copy; optimize for CTR, conversion rate, and quality score; ensure full compliance with Google Ad Grants guidelines. Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager; conduct A/B testing and ongoing data analysis; deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with content, program, and web teams to align messaging and landing pages; train internal staff on best practices and updates in digital advertising. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience managing Google Ads, preferably for non‑profits or social impact organizations. Strong familiarity with Google Ad Grants structure, limitations, and optimization techniques. Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO principles. Data‑driven approach with solid analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication, time‑management, and self‑starter qualities.
