About Us The Volunteer Well is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive, compassionate society by directly connecting volunteers ("givers") with individuals in need ("receivers"). Through an innovative direct‑source volunteering model, we empower individuals, strengthen families, and unite communities, especially those facing systemic barriers such as women, seniors, new immigrants, low‑income individuals, and marginalized groups. Our mission is carried out through Generosity Hub (currently managed via Facebook Private Group Marketplace), impactful inclusive programs and events, partnerships with businesses and philanthropists, and advocacy for generosity as a force for social change. Key Responsibilities CRM and Systems Development: Lead implementation and management of an AI‑integrated CRM system (GoHighLevel – GHL platform). Build and maintain funnels, workflows, and automation processes; create and manage sales funnels to generate leads; ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with Canadian privacy and nonprofit regulations. Volunteer & Customer Engagement Systems: Design and implement Volunteer Management System using Google Workspace, Google Forms, and Google Sheets. Establish user‑friendly processes for onboarding, tracking, and engagement; provide training and documentation. IT Infrastructure & Administration: Oversee creation and management of organization‑wide tech infrastructure for all operations areas; manage and integrate IT‑related platforms; administer Google Workspace accounts (email, drives, permissions, shared resources) and provide technical support. Digital Marketing Support: Oversee Google Ads account management, including optimization and compliance with Google Ad Grants for nonprofits; manage Generosity Hub as key digital platform; collaborate with Communications/Marketing to align campaigns. Governance & Collaboration: Actively participate as a Board Director; contribute to technology strategy, volunteer management, and infrastructure creation; mentor and support team members; ensure IT systems align with mission and compliance standards. Time Commitment & Expectation: Minimum 3‑year term. At least 4‑5 hours per week for board meetings, strategic consultations, and advisory support; attend at least 4 of 6 virtual board meetings per year; remain involved with strategic planning and oversight of communications and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Senior‑level expertise in IT systems, CRM management, or digital infrastructure, ideally in nonprofit or small‑to‑medium sector. Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (GHL) or similar platforms; ability to design workflows and automations. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and Google Ads/Ad Grants management. Proven process design, data management, and system optimization experience. Strategic thinker with strong governance, problem‑solving, and advisory skills.
