They will lead or support process improvement projects, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions in various areas, including administrative processes and professional development.Supporting the implementation of selected technologies, including AI, the Strategy & Innovation Advisor will ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. They will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these technologies. Our successful candidate will champion a culture of innovation, provide guidance on adopting new technologies, and conduct change assessment evaluations.Furthermore, the Strategy & Innovation Advisor will develop and conduct training programs to ensure lawyers and staff are proficient in new technologies and processes.
