**Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23.00 +Bonus**

**What your day looks like**:

- Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
- Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
- Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
- Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
- Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
- Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Experience in a dealership is great — if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude
- A hands-on, problem-solving attitude — ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, composed and collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
