You’ll greet clients with professionalism, guide them through their maintenance or repair needs, and ensure every detail is handled with efficiency and clarity. From diagnosing concerns to providing transparent estimates and coordinating service appointments, you'll play a key role in keeping both vehicles and client relationships running smoothly. If you have strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering top tier customer service, this is your chance to grow with a brand that sets the standard in automotive excellence. **Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23.00, plus performance bonus**: **Your day-to-day**: - Listening closely to customers to identify symptoms and determine service needs. - Confirming warranty or service coverage and clearly outlining what’s included. - Creating accurate estimates by pricing materials, labour and supplies. - Preparing detailed repair orders that reflect both client concerns and technician findings. - Keeping customers informed with clear timelines, transparent updates and answers to their questions. - Maintaining detailed records of service visits and repairs. - Staying current on Audi standards, tools and training materials. - Adding value wherever possible and embracing opportunities to elevate the client experience. **What you bring**: - A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. - Previous automotive service experience (an asset but not required). - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - A positive, team-oriented mindset. - Confidence in multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. - A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract. **Why You'll Love Steele Auto Group**: At **Steele Auto Group**, you’re not just joining a company—**you’re joining a community**.
