Summit Search Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a well-established and growing organization within the electrical distribution industry. This position is based on-site in Winnipeg and focuses exclusively on electrical projects (no plumbing or lighting). The successful candidate will join a collaborative and customer-focused team known for its high standards of service and long-term industry partnerships. The Role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the sales and operations team by managing customer orders, coordinating project logistics, and maintaining communication between contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities Support inside and outside sales teams with project coordination and order management Prepare and manage quotations for electrical products and related projects Maintain organized project documentation and ensure clear communication between all parties Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and scheduling Follow up with vendors on order status, timelines, and product availability Source alternate products as needed and process returns when required Provide product specification packages and updates to customers Act as a point of contact for billing or order-related inquiries Collaborate closely with the branch team to ensure successful project outcomes Qualifications: Post‑secondary business degree or diploma or equivalent Proficient with computers Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, written and verbal Detail‑oriented aptitude Plumbing or lighting product knowledge would be considered an asset Experience working with Eclipse an asset Summit Search Group has a strong commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
