Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required. Please note that artificial intelligence tools are utilized in the applicant screening process. This is a posting for an existing job vacancy. Pay range is $42,400 - $67,500 annually. Resident Manager Responsibilities Maintain a positive relationship with client through daily contact to discuss areas of concern, report on deficiencies and obtain any new assignments. Develop staffing schedule and directly control budgeted hours and expenses for the assigned location. Inspect the worksite daily and on an ongoing basis to ensure the delivery of services is consistent with the work specifications and required quality assurance standards. Review efficiencies of operations and assist Operations Manager in improving and upgrading standards, work schedules, etc. Drive cost efficiencies, provide technical advice, troubleshoot problems and proactively resolve issues. Resident Manager Qualifications 5 years' leadership/supervisory experience in a cleaning, facility management environment. Knowledge and experience in the use of equipment, cleaning systems and products. Capability to effectively motivate, lead and performance manage a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
