Adecco is currently hiring several full-time ProductionAssociates in Tiverton, ONfor our client that specializesin the Cannabis Industry. You will work closely with a team to perform various tasks involved in the cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and packaging processes.

Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for cannabis production? We're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates to be an integral part of our growing team

Pay rate:$17/hour

Location:Tiverton, ON

Job type:Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants from clone to harvest

Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area at all times, including routine cleaning

Weekly sterilization of equipment and infrastructure

Harvest and repopulate rooms in an efficient and timely manner

Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with regulations

Maintain general care of tools, technical equipment, and production facility

Work cohesively in a group or independently as required

Ability to work in warm conditions

Ability to work with and handle disinfection chemicals

Ability to troubleshoot equipment / machinery

Able to follow direction

Must show high-level of initiative and passion with respect to growing plants

Must be able to work variable shifts

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have a clear criminal background

Must have meticulous attention to detail

Capable of lifting 50lbs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality

Willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required

Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry

Personal protective equipment required: safety shoes

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
