Senior Finance Analyst

We are welcoming a Senior Finance Analyst to our Finance team. Revenue Solutions, Inc. Responsibilities Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures Work closely with our Project Managers on project-based FP&A Establish Estimate at Complete (EACs) with project managers and program directors to ensure accurate revenue recognition Provide insightful analysis of leading indicators to provide meaningful and actionable information to leadership Assist with reviewing Change Requests (CRs) ensuring appropriate assumptions and margin target Requirements 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience or 3+ years of experience with MBA Solid understanding of financial reports (Income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow) Experience in financial modeling techniques Experience with Excel formulas and functions Experience with Deltek Costpoint Experience with TM1 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field Strong analytical and data gathering skills Good business acumen This role is remote with some travel for team collaboration throughout the year. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location.
