We are currently looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team to work from India. This role is suited for a professional with proven communication and technical skills in assurance, primarily on compilations. If you seek a career challenge and are open to relocating to India for one to two years, this opportunity may be for you. The CRC Senior Manager will support enterprise and ECS business units and the CRC Champions network with monthly reporting and budget modeling to help manage CRC objectives and KPIs. A key responsibility is to provide support and guidance to offshore and onshore teams to facilitate effective leverage of the CRC on compilations. The role involves supporting engagement teams working on compilations, formalizing processes and policies for risk management and regulatory compliance. What You Will Do Oversee day-to-day operations with the CRC national management team. Support engagement teams in leveraging the Assurance CRC. Oversee quality improvements within the CRC India team. Develop training materials, newsletters, and guidance documents for internal use. Ensure active support of firm processes and programs. Manage the usage of the intake portal and update processes as needed. Reporting Support geographic business units in achieving CRC objectives. Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership, including financial and strategic insights. Compliance & Controls Monitor control performance and ensure timely reporting. Coordinate with professional practice and risk management teams to ensure service quality. Other Willingness to travel internationally and obtain necessary visas. Flexibility to work outside regular hours for offshore team overlap. What You Bring Canadian CPA or international equivalent. 8+ years in enterprise or ECS practice, with 5+ years in management. Senior manager experience, including 2+ years at KPMG Canada. Extensive compilation and team management experience. Resourcefulness, technical assurance skills, and organizational abilities. Bilingual in French and English is an asset. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience managing large teams. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products. Fluency in English required for documentation and communication. The salary range is $86,000 to $150,000, with potential bonuses, based on location, skills, and qualifications.
