Pricing & Business Analyst Location: Mississauga, ON Sandvik Mining invites you to apply for the Pricing & Business Analyst role. In this position you will support commercial operations through accurate inventory control, regional pricing administration, and data‑driven insights. You will ensure price accuracy, maintain system integrity, and leverage AI tools to improve forecasting and reporting while collaborating cross‑functionally to drive business success. What you will be doing: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system data. Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies to uphold inventory integrity. Manage CRM data integrity and generate actionable reports. Ensure price accuracy for Rock Tools customers through regular NPC analysis, uploads, and adjustments. Be accountable for regional pricing administration, including compliance with contractual terms and internal policies. Utilize AI tools to enhance sales forecasting, reporting, and data‑driven insights. Be accountable for annual cycle count projects and related reporting. Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract execution, pricing updates, renewals, and compliance documentation. Develop and implement standard processes for daily operations and special projects to drive continuous improvement. Support ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership. Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive operational improvements and innovation. What you will bring along: Relevant education and work experience in sales administration, inventory control, or data analytics. Welcoming internationally trained professionals or those with non‑traditional career paths. Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage pricing updates, compliance documentation, and data accuracy. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM platforms, and Microsoft 365. Experience with AI tools and data visualization platforms is an asset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. High level of initiative, drive, and determination to achieve goals and targets. Environmental Health and Safety: Adhere to Sandvik's Environmental, Health & Safety policies. Attend related training sessions and wear all mandatory PPE as needed when visiting Sandvik and customer facilities.
