About the School Pleasant Park Public School is a K‑6 French immersion school with approximately 560 students and 60 faculty and a dedicated support team. Students come from a diverse linguistic background, speaking English, Somali, Arabic and other languages. The school provides a safe, challenging, and inclusive learning environment. About the Board The Ottawa‑Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is the largest board in Eastern Ontario, serving many schools. Eligibility All Occasional Teachers on the board are eligible to apply for a Long‑Term Occasional posting if they meet the qualifications. Qualifications Current elementary occasional teacher applicants are considered first. Qualified external applicants are considered next. Required Qualifications OCT Divisional Qualifications: Primary. OCT Additional judging: FSL Part 1. Additional Requirements Spec‑education qualifications are an asset.
