Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor sales managers, ensuring the achievement of individual and company-wide sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, overseeing a network of technical sales reps, affiliates, and sales partners.
  • Identify and address performance challenges through data-driven sales analysis.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and engagement.
  • Implement effective follow-up systems for key projects and sales opportunities.
  • Organize and manage sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Drive the promotion and market adoption of new products in alignment with industry needs.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary goals and optimize costs within the sales department.
  • Implement lean sales processes and industry-leading best practices.
  • Uphold and promote a strong safety culture by adhering to health and safety regulations.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading sales teams in technical or industrial equipment industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to engage with key customers and stakeholders.
