Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeCA$85.00/hr - CA$85.00/hrWork ArrangementHybridRole OverviewThe Senior Product Data Conformance & Integration Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the readiness of clinical data contributed to Ontario Health’s repositories (OLIS, DHDR, CMRO, MI, PCIE, etc.). The role provides expert HL7 v2 and FHIR guidance, supports data integration and EHR contribution projects, and works closely with project managers, product teams, and external healthcare organizations. This position requires strong health data integration experience, deep understanding of healthcare systems, and the ability to manage multiple complex work packages with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform conformance testing, validation, and review of HL7 v2 and FHIR messages for data submission.Provide SME expertise in HL7 v2, HL7 v3, FHIR, and interoperability standards.Advise external organizations on interface development and integration readiness.Manage multiple data contribution work packages and ensure compliance with Ontario Health EHR input specifications and FHIR IGs.Determine data readiness through expert evaluation and conformance checks.Act as a senior advisor to clients, partners, and stakeholders.Prepare and maintain all required documentation (CT/CV files, sign-offs, reports, screenshots, emails).Provide ongoing and final knowledge transfer (KT) to internal teams.Must-Haves7+ years hands-on experience in health data integration projects (with HL7 V2.x mandatory; HL7 V3, FHIR, XML preferred).Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems (HIS, EMR, LIS) and experience with Integration Engines.Applied experience with HL7 conformance tools: Caristix, XMLSpy, 7Edit, Postman, etc.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for technical and clinical audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.Applied knowledge of HL7 v2, HL7 v3, FHIR standards, CDA, and implementation guides.Nice-to-HavesExperience with Meditech, Cerner, Epic or other major healthcare systems.Knowledge of PACS, Diagnostic Viewers, Pharmacy Systems, and other clinical technologies.Experience with public-sector or provincial health system projects.Strong understanding of clinical workflows in hospitals/healthcare settings.Practical experience with FHIR profiling, FHIR Implementation Guides, or API-based integrations.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Teckhorizon Inc by 2xGet notified about new Senior Information Technology Consultant jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
