**Job Title: GRC Consultant**
**Location: Toronto, ON**
**Duration: Long Term Contract**
- Lead and oversee GRC initiatives related to SOC 2, PCI, and SOX compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and control testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and enhance security.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on GRC best practices to improve overall compliance posture.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive compliance efforts across the organization.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance challenges.
- Assist in audit preparation and remediation activities as needed.
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in GRC, with a focus on SOC 2, PCI, and SOX compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading compliance projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
