Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee parts department operations, ensuring efficiency and timely procurement
  • Source, order, and manage inventory for major marine brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing
  • Collaborate with service and repair teams to meet parts requirements and support maintenance
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and implement effective control measures
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing parts inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marine parts purchasing
  • In-depth knowledge of marine parts brands
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven management experience, including team leadership and departmental oversight
  • Proficiency with parts ordering systems and inventory management software

Pay Rate: $32-$45/hour
