WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who will lead the development, implementation and success of our social media strategy for DECIEM & NIOD. PAY RANGE The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of our social media strategy in order to grow traffic and increase brand awareness Establish and define the most important social media KPIs Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Manage and oversee content, postings, comments, and reviews on our social media platforms Supervise, mentor, and support the social media associates Champion and measure the success of all social media campaigns Work closely with our copywriter and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency Monitor search engine optimisation and user engagement and suggest content optimisation Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create and build a strong network Support with the sustainability and social impact team and diversity, equity & inclusion team regularly to incorporate our approach into aspects of work SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE 3+ years of people‑management and/or leadership experience is required Strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to other industries such as fashion and lifestyle Understanding of search engine optimisation and web traffic metrics Experience with audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM Generous Vacation & Personal Days, plus additional time off for volunteering in your community, voting, peaceful protesting, celebrating your birthday, and more.
