We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a Social Media Videographer with a fantastic creative instinct and passion for content creation. This is a hybrid position, based out of our head office in Toronto. **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Support the Social Media Manager and the Social Media Associate Manager in content creation and development alongside the Creative team - Assist in managing community management accounts within (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - Stay up to date with DECIEM’s product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns - Engage, maintain, and develop professional relations with customers - Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communications - Assist with customer queries across all platforms - Coordinate Social Media Campaigns as required - Adhere to company policies, social media rules and regulations - Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement - Help to develop and maintain our social media content calendar - Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform) - Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok/Reels to assist in content creation and development **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required - A love for creating content, and comfortable speaking to the camera is required - Highly developed video editing skills, including proficiency in PremierePro and/or Final Cut Pro required. - Comfortable live streaming and comfortable working with graphic designs - Knowledge and proficiency in all current social platforms and demonstrated social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge - Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
