**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are looking for a **Belonging Specialist (DE&I)** to support DECIEM’s 5 - year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Employer Brand strategy globally. We’re looking for someone that is** passionate about DE&I **and looking for an **opportunity to grow **with us through showcasing your DEI, engagement and storytelling expertise internally and on social platforms.
This is a hybrid role based out of our **Toronto office**.
**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Supporting the Director of Belonging in ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into processes and programs across the business, including hiring and onboarding, learning and development, total rewards, talent planning and succession
- Project management of DECIEM Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI Board
- Working closely with DE&I Director and Head of Recruitment & Talent Programs in supporting our recruitment strategy, employer brand strategy and social media outreach
- Support our DE&I Internship Program including community outreach, engagement campaigns, and programming
- Active participant and role model for DECIEM’s diverse and inclusive culture including events and awareness campaigns
- Support engagement initiatives such as our annual employee engagement survey (Deep Dive), quarterly pulse surveys, and listening strategy
- Maintain DE&I dashboards and metrics to measure progress and effectiveness of the overall strategy
- Support in ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable legislation and ensuring all internal processes and procedures are adhered to
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- A passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Engagement. Creating a sense of belonging for others is something that comes naturally to you
- A storyteller with a love of all things social media (bonus points for experience in online branding through TikTok)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage competing expectations from a large variety of stakeholders (internal and external). Experience in Google Suite administration
- Experience in leading project management for diverse teams and timelines
