JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Director of Operations, the New Clinic Development Manager is responsible for coordinating with internal teams (Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Operations Physician Services, etc.) the build out and stand up new and newly acquired clinics. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager and Clinic Manager to understand the unique needs and requirements of each clinic project. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Operations, Facilities, Finance, IT, HR) and external partners (vendors, contractors). Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of new clinic openings, relocations, and closures using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner). Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables. Ensure all project tasks are tracked, deadlines are met and proactively communicate any risks or delays to relevant parties. Actively engage with local clinic teams to understand patient flow, operational challenges, and unique requirements for each site. Coordinate handoff to Operations upon project completion. Site Preparation and Infrastructure Setup: Oversee clinic layout and design to ensure smooth patient flow and accessibility. Work with contractors to ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and other regulations. Coordinate procurement and installation of medical equipment, IT systems, and furnishings. Vendor/ Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors for renovations, build outs, signage, and infrastructure setup. Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks or delays. Technology and Systems Integration: Ensure responsible parties (IT, EMR, phones, security, etc.) are engaged and deliver on systems setup; act as the point of coordination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience leading similar projects, ideally in healthcare, primary care, or clinic operations. Strong project management skills; experience with Microsoft Planner or similar tools preferred. Strong ability to multitask, managing multiple competing priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional problem‑solving skills. Exceptional negotiating skills. Demonstrated ability to be responsive, adaptive, and flexible. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to plan, execute, and coordinate projects.
