Compensation$48,000 - $55,000 per year + commissionJob TypeFull-time (evenings and weekends as required)BenefitsExtended health careDental and vision careDisability insuranceOn-site parkingAbout the RoleThe 5 Star Water Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level leadership program designed to prepare high-potential professionals for a Business and Sales Management role within 12–24 months.Successful candidates will be eligible to advance into an Assistant Business Manager position after completing the initial 12-week training program. Throughout the program, you will work closely with the Business Manager to help oversee a well established business, gaining hands‑on experience in leadership, operations, sales strategy, and team development.This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals seeking a long‑term career in business management and professional sales with structured training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.This posting is for an existing vacancy.What You’ll DoThrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven sales environment.Represent innovative products that resonate with and excite customers.Develop in‑depth product knowledge to deliver tailored customer solutions.Support daily store and business operations while achieving sales targets.Maintain high visual merchandising and promotional display standards.Monitor inventory levels and manage order tracking.Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.Prepare and communicate sales reports and performance updates.Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.Assist with employee training, development, scheduling, and performance management.Address and resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.Minimum Qualifications3–5 years of experience in a relevant professional role.College diploma or university degree completed prior to program start.Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends (minimal weekend requirement).Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) with experience on the following: Vlookup/SUMIF/if conditionals/Index/Match/Pivot tables.Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean record.Legally authorized to work in Canada.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to +100 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodation).Preferred Qualifications1+ year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.1+ year of leadership or team supervision experience.Experience selling/servicing water treatment or related products.Familiarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., FieldPulse, ServiceTitan).ApplicationPlease send resume to carlos@5starwater.caOnly qualified candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
